Raymond James welcomes South Carolina advisor managing $135 million in client assets
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James welcomed financial advisor Samuel “Sam” Martin to Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. (RJFS) – the firm’s independent advisor channel – according to Kirk Bell, Central division director for RJFS.
Operating as SJ Martin Wealth Management, Martin is joined by client service associate Janis Cook in their Beaufort, South Carolina office. Together they serve a range of clients, specializing in business owners, families and retirees. Martin was previously affiliated with Edward Jones where he managed approximately $135 million in client assets.

I now have the autonomy to run my own business, while gaining the extensive tools and resources of one of the largest wealth management firms in the country to serve my clients on a deeper level,” said Martin.
Martin began his career with Edward Jones in 2013. A graduate of The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina in Charleston, he is committed to continuous education as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
