Raymond James welcomes two Utah financial advisors collectively managing $250 million in assets
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James welcomed financial advisors John Clower, CFA® and S. Reed Grant to Raymond James & Associates (RJA) – the firm’s employee advisor channel – according to Rick Sanchez, West Coast regional director for RJA.
As part of the move, the advisors join Wasatch Capital Management of Raymond James, which operates offices in Cottonwood Heights and Park City, Utah, and is part of RJA’s High Desert Complex led by managing director Pam McComas, CFP®. Clower and Grant both arrive independently from Wells Fargo Clearing Services, where they previously managed approximately $925 million and $100 million in client assets, respectively.

A native of Fargo, North Dakota, Clower serves clients as senior vice president, investments. He previously spent 28 years with Community First National Bank, Zions Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. Clower is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead and is a Chartered Financial Analyst®.

Based in the firm’s Salt Lake City office, Grant brings more than 36 years of experience in financial planning and investment management to his role as senior vice president, investments. He joined Wells Fargo Investments, LLC. In 2007, later moving to the company’s clearing services division arm in 2011. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah.
