Raymond James welcomes financial advisor duo managing $225 million in assets in Omaha, Nebraska
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James recently welcomed financial advisors Steve Gustafson and Eric Gustafson, CFP® to Raymond James & Associates (RJA) – the firm’s employee advisor channel – according to Michael O’Meara, Northern regional director for RJA.
Along with senior client service associate Rhonda Stibbs, the team operates as Gustafson Wealth Consultants of Raymond James and provides comprehensive wealth management services to clients. The Omaha, Nebraska-based group was previously affiliated with Wells Fargo Advisors and managed $225 million in client assets for business owners, retirees, families and individuals, including women investors.
The team will continue their work from RJA’s Omaha office, which is managed by Tim Ziola.

Steve began his lengthy career in financial services in 1994 and was a managing director – investments for Wells Fargo Advisors prior to his recent transition to Raymond James. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance from the University of Iowa and is a member of the Nebraska Society of CPA’s.
Originally from Southern California, Eric began his career in financial services in 2007, working at American Funds before moving to Omaha, Nebraska in 2015 to partner with his cousin, Steve. Eric earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from California State University San Marcos and later continued his professional education by obtaining the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designation.
