Raymond James Financial names Todd Ferguson as Chief Information Security Officer
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James Financial, Inc. (NYSE: RJF) has named Todd Ferguson as chief information security officer (CISO), according to Andy Zolper, senior vice president, chief operating officer (COO) of Information Technology and head of Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS).
Ferguson, who served in the United States Marine Corps., has spent over 20 years at Raymond James in roles ranging from network engineer to his most recent role as senior vice president of Information Security. In 2018, he was named deputy CISO for RJF and “CISO of record” for Raymond James Bank, Raymond James Trust, Carillon Tower Advisers and Raymond James Insurance Group.
“Todd has a proven track record of success overseeing all aspects of our technical cyber defenses,” said Zolper. “I’m confident in his ability to help us continue to keep pace with today’s environment of ever-increasing complexity, sophistication and boldness of cyber threats, as well as the growing global technology footprint of Raymond James.”
Under Ferguson’s leadership, the focus will remain on securing the firm’s enterprise technology platform and continually improving its technology risk posture, while maintaining alignment and transparency with Raymond James’ enterprise risk framework.

Zolper will continue to lead the ETS organization, chair the Operating Risk Management Committee and represent Information Technology on the firm’s Operating Committee.
